Wave Animation is building a secure investor portal for approved, counsel-reviewed opportunities. Nothing is being sold today, and this page does not accept investment funds, share purchases, bonds, securities or investment contracts.
Expression of interest only
Visitors may review public information and start a non-binding conversation. There is no public subscription form, checkout, share-price button or automated allotment.
Future invitees will need authenticated accounts, verified email, MFA, eligibility checks, KYC review and access to only the approved document versions for their round and jurisdiction.
Any approved offering must keep application approval, settled payment, board allotment, filings and register reconciliation as separate states. Payment alone will not equal ownership.
Donations and rewards: support from members, GoFundMe, Patreon or similar channels. These do not promise shares, profit, repayment or ownership.
Grants and public support: programme funding such as JSDI, labelled by source, status, restrictions and date without implying securities approval.
Investment capital: only displayed under counsel-approved terms, with commitments, settled funds and issued holdings labelled as different states.
